Congratulation to our Junior and Senior debaters who took part in The Donald Gorrie Schools Debating Competition 2016. The competition was held at St Andrew’s and St George’s West Church on George Street. It was established in 2013 in memory ofDonald Gorrie, an MP,MSP and former teacher.
The motion for debate was “This house believes that legislation is the only 
way to save the earth’s environment for future generations.” Both teams gave an excellent performance and our senior team were successful in winning the competition.
