Health, Food and Textile Technologies encompasses a broad range of curriculum outcomes that explore the relationship between food, health and nutrition. Food as a context of learning gives perspective to an everchanging landscape of contemporary food issues, including ethical and sustainable considerations. Our experiential teaching of practical cookery and textile technologies offer opportunities for creativity, skill development and pathways into progressive and dynamic qualifications.
Religious, Moral, and Philosophical Studies (RMPS) explores world religions, ethical dilemmas, and philosophical questions. It encourages critical thinking, moral reasoning, and understanding diverse beliefs, shaping informed and reflective individuals.
