Junior Sports Leadership (Sports Leaders UK): S2 Enrichment
The Junior Sports Leader Award is a great introduction to leadership, giving our pupils knowledge of how to organise and lead small games and activities. Throughout the course, the award aims to support learners develop leadership skills such as organisation, communication and teamwork, as well as helping to build confidence and self esteem as they take on responsibilities of leading their peers and younger pupils.
